Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Any discipline)
Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in Steel Industry with strong exposure to HR Plate (Hot Rolled) sales or PEB projects.

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager – HR Plate to lead our sales operations . The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, proven sales track records, and the ability to manage key client relationships while achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies for HR Plates
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in target markets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular market research to monitor competition and market trends.
• Coordinate with the technical and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in sales within the steel industry, specifically HR Plates and PEB projects.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel as required for business development.
