Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a result-driven Sales Manager with proven expertise and industry contacts in the engineering polymer compounding space. The candidate should be well-connected with buyers of SAN, ABS, PC, Nylon, etc., and capable of driving business growth across target segments.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new B2B customers for compounded engineering polymers (SAN, ABS, PC, Nylon).
Leverage existing industry contacts to generate leads and close high-value deals.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and product presentations to pricing, negotiations, and closing.
Collaborate with production and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics.
Regularly report on sales metrics, forecasts, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

Diploma/ BTECH from CIPET or any other similar reputed institute preferably in Plastic Engineering / Technology, MBA from any reputed institute
5 -10 years of relevant experience in polymer sales, preferably in engineering thermoplastics.
Strong network of industry contacts in the compounding space.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver on aggressive sales targets
