Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Delhi, India. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies. Daily tasks include leading and mentoring the sales team, managing sales pipelines, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales pipeline management
  • Leadership and team management abilities
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in market analysis and business development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Industry experience in electrical solutions or a related field preferred
