Job Description

  1. Generating Inquiries Orders: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with contractors, builders, and other potential customers for TMT bars and structural steel.
  2. Developing sales plans: Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to create sales plans and methods to meet company goals.
  3. Promoting Products: Building brand awareness and promoting products to existing and new customers through various channels, including direct interaction, conferences, and exhibitions.
  4. Identifying new business: Conducting market research and networking to identify new business opportunities and potential clients/distributors.
  5. Relationship Management: Maintaining strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and identifying new sales opportunities.
  6. Market Analysis: Gathering and analyzing market data and trends to identify potential customers, competitors, and sales trategies.
  7. Building relationships: Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients/distributors.
  8. Negotiating contracts: Negotiating contracts and closing business with clients.
  9. Maintaining knowledge: Staying uptodate on the company's products, roadmaps, competition, pricing, market share,

Will be responsible for achieving the topline bottomline targets. so, as:

1. Brand Building Build strong network of Dealers Distributors, with a long term vision Evolving suitable strategies to create Customer Loyalty, Dealer Distributor Loyalty. Plan advertising and promotional activities, including Social Media. Product positioning with long term vision.
2. Pricing Building a mechanism to track market prices, duly backedup by a tailormade database and developing mechanismforprice discovery for company's products; Setting up an independent market research team. Strategic thinking for higher NSR with higher volume.
3. Team Handling Lead a team of sales managers/executives including region incharges. Evaluate, review, analyze and monitor periodic sales reports, potential sales, client base expansion. Sales forecasting and sets goals for team accordingly.
4. Coordination Coordination with various functional heads at plant and head office for timely execution of orders and financial closureofdeals.
  • Possess indepth product knowledge of our product range and be able to identify product opportunities.
  • Present, promote and sell company products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
  • Analyse markets potential, track sales and status reports .
  • Supply senior management with reports on customer needs, potential problems, competitor activities andpotential.
