Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales / Lead Generation Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and helping build a strong sales pipeline for our software development services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities
  • Generate leads via cold emails, LinkedIn, outbound calls, and online platforms (Upwork, Clutch, etc.)
  • Qualify leads through discovery calls and maintain detailed records in CRM
  • Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and convert them into opportunities
  • Create and maintain outreach campaigns with personalized messaging
  • Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the technical team
  • Follow up on inbound inquiries and maintain consistent communication with prospects
  • Maintain reports on lead status, outreach efforts, and conversion metrics


Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation / sales (preferably in IT/software services)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, CRM tools, and email automation platforms
  • Knowledge of software development concepts and technologies is a plus
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in approach
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment


Good to Have

  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, Sales Navigator, or similar
  • Exposure to proposal writing and RFP responses
  • Understanding of international markets (especially US, Europe, and Middle East)
