Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Haldwani/Rudrapur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and fostering strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing sales operations, conducting market analysis, training and mentoring sales staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to align sales goals with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales in Life/General/Health insurance, Sales Strategy, and achieving sales targets
• Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Service
• Proven ability in Market Analysis and Business Development
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Haldwani & Nearby travel as needed
• Prior experience in the insurance or healthcare industry is a plus
