Role Description

Vastu Housing Finance Corporation Ltd. seeks a dynamic Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by managing a sales team, developing strategies to meet sales targets, and building strong client relationships. Day-to-day duties include prospecting new customers, monitoring market trends, training and mentoring team members, and creating customized financial solutions to meet customer needs. The role also involves ensuring excellent client satisfaction and aligning with the organization's mission to deliver inclusive financial services.

Qualifications

• Sales management skills, including team leadership, target achievement, and strategy development
• Strong understanding of housing finance products and the ability to analyze market trends
• Proven expertise in client relationship management and customer service
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Capacity to adapt to dynamic challenges in the housing finance industry
• Proficiency in utilizing technology and digital platforms to enhance sales and productivity
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in the finance, housing, or related sectors is highly advantageous
