Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Muzaffarpur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining positive relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include market research, developing and implementing sales strategies, preparing and presenting sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to improve overall client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales and client acquisition
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to conduct market research and develop effective sales strategies
Proficiency in preparing and presenting sales reports
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the fintech or financial services industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
