Qualification B.Com, B-Tech or MBA Preferred in Rubber Compound and MixingWith minimum 5+ Years of Experience. Role & responsibilities Manage Production Control Activities to reduce outages and incidents.Manage Production Planning and schedule for on time delivery.Process Improvements for high quality cost effectiveness and excellent customers services.Supervised to team members in their assigned job duties.Review job orders with customers and production team.Monitor execution of job orders and adjust job schedule to meet the deadline.To prioritize and plan production activities to maintain on-time delivery.Determine equipment, material and staff needs to meet production schedulePerform inventory management for timely delivery and for minimizing shortfalls. Relevant Industry : Rubber Bladders, Rubber Sheets & Other Rubber industry.

Role & responsibilities Handling social compliance audits, liaison with compliance auditors, Statutory Compliance Management, Liaising with Government officials, Sound knowledge on PF and ESIC, Well versed in Recruitment , Payroll Management, Personnel and HR Management, Plant level General activities etc.Preferred candidate profile Preference will be given to the candidate having exposer of Social Audits, Environmental Audit & Security Audits. ex( SLCP, BSCI,FEM, FSLM, CT-PAT)Minimum 5 years of experience in any reputed company.
