Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Online Institutional Sales professional to drive sales growth by building strong relationships with institutional clients. The role involves promoting products and services through online channels, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new institutional clients (corporates, schools, colleges, government organizations, etc.) through digital and online platforms.
  • Manage end-to-end online sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Work in assigned territory to achieve institutional sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing institutional clients and ensure repeat business.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Institutional sale.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in online sales tools and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, etc.).
