Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Sr. Sales Manager/Sales Manager - Fintech. The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a sales team, driving lead conversions, and meeting financial targets. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams to optimize business operations, identify client needs, and ensure a seamless experience for customers. This role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and building strong relationships with clients to foster long-term collaborations.


Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.
  • Proficiency in sales strategy development, team leadership, and performance management.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor market trends, generate insights, and prepare comprehensive sales reports.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets efficiently.
  • Experience in the fintech or financial services industry is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
