Job Description

Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective strategies to achieve hotel revenue and occupancy goals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, including corporate accounts, travel agents, and event planners.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements for group bookings, events, and other services, ensuring they align with the hotel's financial objectives.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities and capitalize on the hotel's strengths.
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and provide guidance to the hotel's sales team, fostering positive working relationships and ensuring targets are met.
Promotional Activities: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and special events to attract guests.
Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies.
Networking: Attend industry events to generate leads, build connections, and stay informed about industry changes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
