To drive business growth across MPPL’s three verticals—Testing Services, Proficiency Testing (PT), and Certified Reference Materials (CRMs)—through strategic sales planning, execution, market development, customer acquisition and retention, brand positioning, and revenue generation, while ensuring alignment with the company’s overall vision and targets.
Major responsibilities:
✓ Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies for Testing, PT, and CRM verticals.
✓ Identify, develop, and manage B2B customer relationships (domestic and international).
✓ Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
✓ Lead product positioning, branding, and digital marketing initiatives.
✓ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
✓ Collaborate with technical and lab teams to align deliverables with market needs.
✓ Plan and participate in industry exhibitions, webinars, customer meets, and promotional events.
✓ Guide and monitor performance of sales executives (if any).
✓ Develop pricing strategies and optimize profitability.
✓ Provide inputs on new product/service development based on market intelligence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science (preferably Metallurgy, Chemistry, or Mechanical)
MBA in Marketing/Business Development
Experience:
Minimum 6–10 years of experience in industrial/technical sales
At least 3 years of proven success in a managerial sales role
Experience in laboratory services, PT programs, or CRM products
