Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, and technology sales, with proven experience in managing teams and developing effective sales strategies. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to analyze market trends to maximize opportunities.

Duties

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance on best practices in account management and customer service.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and relationship building.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns that align with sales goals.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and analyzing sales data.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts and close deals effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, management, B2B sales, or technical sales is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing leads and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles as they relate to sales strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical skills for assessing market trends and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
