Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include client meetings, sales presentations, negotiating contracts, market research, and reporting to senior management. Qualifications Proven experience in sales strategy development and execution Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Experience in market research and business development Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and goals Strong understanding of the market and customer needs Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
