Role Overview:

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
• Meet and develop relationships with Contractors, Architects, Structural Consultants, PMCs, and Government Institutions.
• Lead planning and execution of product operations.
• Manage payment collections in line with company policies.
• Prepare and launch new product initiatives in the assigned region.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
• Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals.
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Mentor and develop the sales team.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to market development.
• Ability to influence client decisions prior to tender stages.
• Excellent MS Office and written communication skills.
