We're Hiring: Field Sales & Marketing Head – Retail Distribution (Madhya Pradesh) Do you have a strong network in retail or distribution? Passionate about building brands from the ground up? Little Minds at Work is expanding its offline presence—and we’re looking for a Field Sales & Marketing Head to lead the charge in Madhya Pradesh . Visit us: https://littlemindsatwork.in Role Overview: You’ll be responsible for identifying and onboarding distributors, retailers, and channel partners across Tier 1–3 cities in MP. Your focus will be building a sustainable and profitable retail network. What You’ll Own: Building our distribution network in MP from scratch Pitching to & onboarding local distributors Planning field campaigns with retail partners Partner performance tracking & territory planning Working closely with the founders on expansion strategy Who You Are: 3–8 years of experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG, apparel, baby/kids category Strong understanding of retail/distributor dynamics in MP Self-starter, field-hardened, persuasive communicator Hindi fluency required. Local language is a plus.
