Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Logistics Sales Manager to lead our sales team in identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain industry. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, a proven track record in B2B sales, and the leadership skills to drive revenue growth and enhance client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets, develop new business, and expand existing accounts. Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and to expand the customer base. Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various logistics services (e.g., freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, 3PL). Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships; serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure service excellence and seamless execution. Reporting: Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates for senior management. Training & Development: Coach and mentor the sales team to improve their performance and skillset.
