Location: Pune Company: Kaashiva Power Innovations About Us: Kaashiva Power Innovations is a fast-growing renewable energy company providing end-to-end solar EPC solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. We aim to revolutionize the way India adopts clean energy by delivering top-quality solar systems with a strong focus on ROI, financing, and customer satisfaction. Role OverviewWe are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our solar EPC sales efforts. The ideal candidate doesn’t need solar experience but must have a proven track record in selling high-value products/services (e.g., real estate, automobiles/EVs, banking & financial services, high-end appliances, or industrial solutions). This role requires strong consultative selling skills, the ability to explain ROI/financing options, and leadership to build and manage a high-performing sales team. Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales of solar EPC solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Lead and mentor a team of inside sales executives and field sales representatives. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and negotiations to close deals. Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools (Zoho CRM experience is a plus). Collaborate with technical & design teams to deliver tailored solar proposals. Present financial models, ROI, and loan/EMI options to clients confidently. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral channels. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Qualifications & SkillsGraduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of sales experience in high-ticket industries such as real estate, automobile/EV, banking/finance (loans/insurance/wealth management), industrial equipment, or premium consumer durables. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong financial acumen – able to explain ROI, payback, and financing options. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and scale a sales team. Willingness to learn solar EPC fundamentals (training will be provided).
