Role Overview We are seeking an ambitious, strategic, and result-oriented Head of Sales to lead our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and closing high-value deals across B2C and B2B segments. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a strong sales strategy for residential, commercial, and industrial rooftop solar segments. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of field and inside sales executives. Own the entire sales funnel: lead generation, qualification, conversion, and closing. Build partnerships and expand our presence in new geographies across Maharashtra. Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns and improve lead quality. Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to continuously optimize the sales approach. Track KPIs, sales performance metrics, and provide regular reports to the leadership team. Represent Kaashiva Power at industry expos, local community events, and partner meets. Requirements 4-8 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the solar/renewable energy sector or B2C technical products. At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial sales role. Strong knowledge of sales tools, CRM platforms (Zoho/HubSpot), and modern sales practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized. Comfortable with both strategic planning and ground-level execution.
