Job Description

Location: Bangalore , Hubli, Coimbatore ,Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, chennai

Identify, onboard, and manage
DSA (Direct Selling Agents)
to drive LAP and Home Loan business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per organizational goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs to ensure consistent lead generation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory norms.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide inputs for business strategy.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of
Loan Against Property (LAP)
and
Home Loan
products.
Hands-on experience in
DSA vertical sales
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve challenging targets.
Strong market networking and lead generation capability.

Experience:

36 years
of relevant experience in field sales, specifically in
LAP and Home Loan products
.
Proven track record of managing DSA relationships and achieving sales targets.
