Job Title: Sales Manager – IT Hardware & Security Surveillance

Location: Noida

Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years

Department: Sales & Business Development

Reporting To: Director / General Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in IT Hardware and Security Surveillance solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and building strong customer relationships within the security systems and IT hardware industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets for IT hardware and surveillance products (CCTV, Access Control, Networking, Servers, etc.).
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, government, and channel segments.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with system integrators, OEMs, distributors, and end clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders.
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams for solution design and execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Achieve revenue goals through effective pipeline management and customer retention.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain strong client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales of IT hardware and electronic security solutions (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Networking, etc.).
  • Strong technical understanding of security and IT infrastructure products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
