Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and providing exceptional client service. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, negotiating deals, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and providing training and mentorship to sales staff.

Qualifications

Proven sales experience and a strong track record in achieving sales targets
Leadership skills to manage and motivate a sales team
Experience in market research and developing sales strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
