Roles and Responsibilities : Develop and execute strategies to acquire new enterprise customers for SaaS products in the BFSI industry. Manage key accounts, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell existing solutions to drive revenue growth. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, marketing) to ensure alignment on customer needs and tailored solution delivery. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy. Job Requirements : 1-6 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or strategic account management within the BFSI industry. Proven track record of success in acquiring new enterprise customers through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of SaaS sales models and ability to articulate value propositions effectively. Experience working with Key Account Management (KAM) principles, including identifying high-value targets and developing customized service plans.
