Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Shillong. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include overseeing sales operations, building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to improve product offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus
