Job Title: Sales Manager Home Healthcare Medical Devices Location: India (Pan-India coverage or specific region, as applicable) Department: Sales & Marketing Reporting To: Business Unit Head Employment Type: Full-time Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our Home Healthcare Medical Devices business in the Indian market. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategy, channel development, and market penetration for a range of products such as Insulin Pen Needles, Insulin Syringes Blood Pressure Monitors, Nebulizers, Patient monitors, Thermometers, and other in-home diagnostic or therapeutic devices. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a robust sales plan to meet revenue and growth targets. Identify market trends and competitor activities to optimize positioning and product offering. Drive sales performance through direct and indirect channels. Channel Management: Identify, appoint, and manage a network of distributors, dealers, and retail partners. Train and support channel partners to improve market reach and service capability. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including hospitals, home care agencies, e-commerce platforms, and direct consumers. Provide product demonstrations and post-sales support as required. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a sales team (if applicable), setting KPIs and managing performance. Marketing & Promotion: Coordinate with marketing teams to support product launches, promotions, and awareness campaigns. Represent the company at medical exhibitions, trade shows, and B2B events. Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure adherence to medical device regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, or Business Administration ; MBA preferred. Minimum 5 to 8 years of sales experience in the medical devices or healthcare industry , preferably in the home healthcare segment. Strong understanding of the Indian healthcare ecosystem and medical device distribution. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing channel partners. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Desired Attributes: Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions. Passion for healthcare innovation and patient well-being.
