Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying cross-sell opportunities for business loan products. Manage sales performance of assigned territory (Hyderabad) to achieve targets. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to personal loans, home loans, lap loans, mortgage loans, loan against property, property loan, SME loan, etc. Conduct field visits to meet customers at their doorstep for loan disbursement. Desired Candidate Profile 3-6 years of experience in banking or NBFC industry with expertise in sales management. Strong understanding of various loan products such as Business Loan, Personal Loans, Home Loans, Lap Loans, Mortgage Loans, Loan Against Property, Property Loan & SME Loan. Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
