Job Description

At Hari Chand Anand & Co., we take pride in being one of the leading providers of industrial sewing machines and solutions across India. We are looking for a result-driven and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and strengthen customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have strong sales expertise, leadership skills, and an understanding of industrial or B2B sales. This role requires both strategic planning and hands-on execution to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and key accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiations, and closure of high-value deals.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Graduation in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B or industrial equipment sales.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management and consultative selling.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
