Digital Marketing Creator

Job Purpose

To conceptualize, design, and execute creative digital marketing campaigns for promoting garment industrial machinery, spare parts, and services, with a focus on increasing brand visibility, generating quality B2B leads, and enhancing the company’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Create high-quality visual content (images, videos, reels, infographics) relevant to garment industrial machinery.
• Manage and update company website, product pages, and online catalogs.
• Develop SEO-friendly content for blogs, product descriptions, and case studies.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytics & ROI reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and promotional activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms.
• Strong B2B marketing understanding, preferably in machinery or manufacturing sectors.
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing & creative content creation (B2B preferred).
• Prior experience in garment machinery / manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
