Spare Parts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Store Executive with hands-on experience in sewing machine spare parts to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of various industrial sewing machine parts and proven experience managing a store or inventory system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain stock of sewing machine spare parts.
• Organize and label parts systematically for easy access and tracking.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and deliveries.
• Issue spare parts based on internal and customer requirements.
• Keep accurate records of inventory levels using stock management software.
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure availability of parts.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the store area.
• Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and recommend actions.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in store/inventory management, preferably in the sewing or garment industry.
• Good knowledge of industrial sewing machine spare parts (brands like Juki, Brother, Hikari, Loiva, etc.).
• Ability to use inventory software or ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory databases.
• Ability to lift, move, and organize parts as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.

Preferred Qualities:

• Experience working in a garment machinery or manufacturing environment.
• Technical understanding of sewing machine functions and part compatibility.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
