About The Opportunity

Join an established player in the hospitality industry operating premium full-service hotels and banquet/conference properties across India. We serve corporate, leisure, and events clientele and are focused on revenue growth, strong B2B relationships, and delivering best-in-class guest experiences across on-site sales channels.This on-site role is India-based and ideal for candidates with proven hotel sales experience who can drive corporate, MICE, and group business while collaborating closely with operations and revenue teams.Role & Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to meet monthly and annual revenue and occupancy targets for assigned property(ies).
  • Prospect, negotiate, and close corporate accounts, group bookings, and MICE opportunities through targeted outreach and pipeline management.
  • Manage key accounts end-to-end: prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure contract compliance and timely billing.
  • Coordinate with Banquets, F&B, Front Office, and Revenue teams to deliver seamless event execution and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting, update CRM records, and produce weekly/monthly reports on pipeline, conversion, and revenue performance.
  • Represent the hotel at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows to build relationships and identify strategic partnerships.

  • Comfortable working full-time on-site across hotel properties in India; willingness to attend client meetings and events outside standard hours as needed.
