Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team targets. Generate leads and build strong relationships with potential buyers, investors, and channel partners. Oversee site visits, property presentations, and negotiations with clients. Ensure sales processes are followed and proper documentation is maintained. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide inputs for pricing and marketing strategies. Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and events. Prepare regular sales reports and present performance updates to management. Train new sales staff and ensure professional development within the team. Handle escalated customer queries and provide timely resolution. Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in Real Estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, property trends, and legal regulations. Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
