Build and maintain a strong project pipeline through ongoing customer engagement and new product introductions.
Develop potential customers through proactive outreach, technical discussions, and value-based selling.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Analyze competitors’ strengths and weaknesses to position the company’s value proposition effectively.
Align with marketing and sales strategies, including segmentation, pricing, and product positioning.
Translate the sales budget into clear, actionable sales plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, R&D, Technical, Operations) to deliver effective customer solutions.
Ensure timely communication and coordination between customers and internal teams for smooth and efficient execution.
Strong experience in B2B sales within the Food Ingredients / Food Technology sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical product details and convert them into customer-focused solutions.
Strong strategic thinking and customer-centric approach.
Ability to collaborate with multiple internal teams.
Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving growth targets.
