Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales Manager, located in Marol, Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring closures. Daily tasks include developing and executing the company's CRM, as well as meeting sales targets. The Sales Manager will also provide sales reports and forecasts to senior management and collaborate with the sales head to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Management and Client Relationship Management
• Expertise in Sales Strategy Development and Execution
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in the event management industry and high ticket sales is a plus
