Role

Motivate and guide the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and regular feedback to improve team performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, and contractors.
Identify and onboard new distributors to expand market reach.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for both B2B and B2C channels.
Monitor market data, trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Conduct regular market analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Develop and present actionable plans to enhance market presence and drive business growth.
Track and analyze sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Prepare detailed sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.

Candidate Requirement

Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide sales teams effectively.
Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities with dealers, distributors, architects, and contractors.
Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies for both B2B and B2C markets.
Analytical skills to monitor market trends, interpret sales data, and identify growth opportunities.
Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
