Sales & Business Development: • Drive Loan sales, ensuring achievement of targets for home loans/Personal Loan/ LAP, or mortgage-based financial products. • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and acquire new customers. • Responsible for lead generation. • Identify and establish partnerships with builders, and financial institutions to generate leads. • Monitor competition and market trends to optimize sales approaches. 2. Team Management & Leadership: • Recruit, train, and lead a team of mortgage sales professionals. • Assign sales targets, monitor performance, and provide necessary coaching. • Foster a result-driven culture by implementing incentive programs and performance metrics. 3. Customer Relationship Management: • Ensure superior customer service by guiding clients through the mortgage application process. • Address customer queries related to loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation. • Maintain relationships with high-value clients to drive repeat business. Qualifications & Experience: • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field. • Experience: Minimum 2+years in retail loan sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role. • Certifications: Preferably trained in financial sales..
