Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager Location: Gurugram Reports To: Sales Head Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive property sales, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate markets, excellent client relationship skills, and proven experience in managing and motivating a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities. Establish strong relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders. Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring excellent customer experience. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the Sales Head. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support property promotions and events. Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance appraisals. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical sales practices. Operational Responsibilities: Make 250–300 outbound calls daily to potential clients. Handle incoming leads from portals, campaigns, and referrals. Share project details, brochures, pricing, and offers with prospects. Schedule and manage site visits for prospective buyers. Maintain and update the CRM/lead database accurately. Prepare and share daily reports on calls, follow-ups, and site visits. Coordinate closely with the sales team for smooth conversions. Onboard new channel partners and brokers to expand business opportunities. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Excellent understanding of real estate market trends, property valuation, and customer needs. Ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a sales team effectively. Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and other sales tools.
