Job Overview

Sales Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the new

    Furniture Division

    across multiple metro markets.
  • Build and manage relationships with clients, architects, designers, dealers, and channel partners.
  • Drive

    new client acquisition

    and expand market presence for Decorpot Furniture.
  • Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to consistently achieve revenue and performance targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to position Decorpot Furniture competitively in the market.
  • Monitor furniture market trends, competitor products, and pricing to identify new opportunities.
  • Drive B2C and B2B sales, including retail, projects, and corporate accounts.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and service delivery throughout the sales cycle.
  • Manage pricing, negotiations, and contract closures for profitable business growth.
  • Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and forecasts to senior management.

Skills & Qualifications Required

  • Mandatory:

    Minimum 7 years of proven sales experience in the

    furniture industry

    .
  • Strong understanding of furniture products, materials, designs, and customer preferences.
  • Experience in scaling sales for a

    new vertical/brand/category

    will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Strong client network within the furniture industry (B2C and B2B).
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and sales management tools.
  • Flexibility to travel across Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Delhi NCR.
