Job Description

Role Overview:


As the Global Sales Head, you will drive CyberSigma’s international business growth by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, building strong client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence across key global markets, positioning CyberSigma as a trusted partner in cybersecurity and compliance solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Formulate and execute comprehensive global sales strategies to achieve sustained revenue growth.
  2. Expand CyberSigma’s footprint across international markets, targeting enterprise and regulated sectors.
  3. Lead, coach, and inspire high-performing regional and global sales teams.
  4. Establish and maintain trusted relationships with leadership and key decision-makers.
  5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, alliances, and strategic partnerships.
  6. Drive consultative selling of cybersecurity and compliance services, including PCI DSS, ISMS, VAPT, GDPR, HIPAA, GRC tools, ISO certifications, and IT assessments.
  7. Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement impactful demand-generation initiatives.
  8. Partner with product and delivery teams to align sales goals with solution capabilities.
  9. Represent CyberSigma at global forums, conferences, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
  10. Develop competitive pricing strategies and negotiate large-scale enterprise contracts.
  11. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine sales approaches.
  12. Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and achievement of quarterly and annual targets.
  13. Strengthen customer engagement and satisfaction through proactive relationship management.
  14. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous performance improvement within the sales organization.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • 10+ years of proven experience in global sales leadership within cybersecurity, compliance, or IT services.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including PCI DSS, SOC, GDPR, HIPAA, GRC Tools, and ISO standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and close large enterprise deals across multiple geographies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to lead multicultural teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
