Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and polished Grooming & Personality Development Trainer to join our Air Hostess Training Academy. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the professional image, confidence, and personality of aspiring cabin crew and aviation professionals. Your role will be to instil the grooming standards, poise, and soft skills required for success in the airline and hospitality industries. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-class training on Grooming & personal hygiene Professional body language & posture Verbal and non-verbal communication Personality development & confidence building Dressing etiquette (formal and uniform-based) Voice modulation and speaking clarity Interview preparation & mock interviews Social and cultural behaviour etiquette Provide personalized feedback to students on grooming and presentation. Work closely with aviation trainers to align personality standards with airline expectations. Inspire students to develop confidence, positivity, and service-oriented mindsets. Conduct regular assessments, presentations, and student evaluations. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in cabin crew, image consulting, soft skills training, or aviation grooming training. Excellent English communication and presentation skills. Well-groomed, confident, and articulate personality. Experience in training young adults or aspiring aviation professionals is preferred. Certification in grooming, personality development, or soft skills (preferred but not mandatory).
