Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Kanpur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing relationships with customers, and strategizing to grow the business. Daily tasks will include managing a sales team, conducting market analysis, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also be involved in promotional activities and maintaining communication with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Skills in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Sales Forecasting
• Proficient in using Sales Software, CRM Systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in the financial services sector is a plus
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
