Since inception, Credila has funded 178,000+ Indian students across 63 countries in 4,600 institutes Responsibilities Revenue Generation through customer total relationship value enhancement for Education Loans for Studies Overseas & India. Coordination for the process of lead generation driving login, sanctions, disbursements, and post sales service. Liaise with Cross-functional teams i.e. Credit / Operations / Service / legal etc. and ensure the documentary requirements are complied with, and seamless service gets delivered to customers. Understand the value-proposal gaps in the assigned business relationships and suggest possible modifications. Ensuring team business metrics are met through close monitoring of daily business requirements. Strong analytical mindset help break down the task into component part for better solutions & always having a bird’s eye view towards delivery of business plan for the year. Ability to take data-driven decisions from analysis of the customers served & business trends of previous years. Qualifications and Experience MBA from tier 1 or 2 Institutes 2-8 years of experience with banks/BFSI in Sales/ BD/ Product Excellent communication and team management skills.
