Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Bitpod, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, managing client relationships, and expanding our member base in the co-working industry. Your proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and deep understanding of the industry will be key assets in achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain a sales pipeline and ensure consistent updates in the CRM system. - Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and surpass revenue goals. - Coordinate with operations for smooth onboarding processes. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation activities. - Conduct tours and presentations for potential members, highlighting the benefits of our co-working space. - Cultivate strong relationships with current and prospective clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction. - Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with mutually beneficial terms. - Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and events. - Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on new opportunities. - Generate regular sales reports and forecasts, offering insights for improvement. - Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand network and promote our co-working space. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 2-4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in co-working, real estate, or hospitality. - Thorough understanding of the co-working business model and market dynamics. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with diverse clients. - Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for goal achievement, including willingness for field work and site visits. - Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in negotiation and closing deals. - Sound market knowledge. - Experience in lead generation and prospecting. - Effective client relationship management skills. - Strong presentation and pitching capabilities. - Familiarity with CRM and database management. - Target-oriented mindset. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,
