Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring sales targets are met. The role involves analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for preparing sales reports and forecasts, collaborating with marketing teams, and driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Sales Strategy Development
• Strong knowledge of market analysis, business development, and client relationship management
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present findings
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work on-site in Pune
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
