Manager South (Bathware & Wellness)

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute zonal sales strategies aligned with company goals.
• Drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability across all southern states.
• Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams to ensure performance excellence.
• Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and channel partners to strengthen the network.
• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders: architects, builders, consultants, and institutional clients.
• Collaborate with the corporate marketing team on branding, promotions, and campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure smooth coordination with internal departments (Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service).
• Oversee credit management, reporting, and compliance within the zone.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• 10 to 18+ Years of experience

  in Sales & Marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior regional or zonal role.
• Experience in

  Bathware and Sanitaryware

  industries is essential.
• Proven ability to manage multi-state operations and consistently deliver business results.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the South Zone.
