Area Sales Manager

B2B Sales, Dealer & Distributor Network Expansion, Team Handling, and Revenue Growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Lucknow & Banaras territory.
  
• Develop and manage a strong

  dealer and distributor network

  to maximize market coverage.
• Drive

  B2B sales

  through architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, and institutional clients.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance benchmarks.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and execute strategies to increase market share.
  
• Ensure strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and client servicing.
  
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
  
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews to the Regional Head.
  
• Ensure timely collections, adherence to company policies, and smooth execution of sales operations.
  

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in

  B2B Sales, Dealer & Distributor Management, and Channel Sales

  .
• Strong leadership skills with prior experience in

  team handling and performance management

  .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  
• Ability to drive sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on results.
  
• Good knowledge of the Lucknow & Banaras market (preferred).
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  

• 510 years of experience

  in sales, preferably in the

  bathware, sanitaryware, building materials, or allied industries

  .
• Demonstrated success in

  channel sales and business development

  .
