Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, develop and execute sales strategies, and build lasting relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, managing a sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining excellent communication with customers to understand their needs. The individual will ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the growth and success of the showroom.

• Proven skills in sales strategy, lead generation, and achieving sales goals
• Strong team management and leadership abilities, with a commitment to motivating and training sales staff
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer relationship management and client engagement
• Knowledge of home decor materials such as marbles, granites, and furnishings is highly advantageous
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales tracking systems
• Ability to work in an on-site environment and engage with walk-in customers
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
