Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Duties include setting sales targets, analyzing sales data, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience in Sales Management and developing sales strategies
• Strong skills in client relationship management and customer service
• Capability to analyze sales data and prepare reports
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a sales team effectively
• Experience in the home decor or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
