Sales Manager

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. The Sales Manager will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans, and executing them effectively.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals
• Identify new market opportunities and customer leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Monitor sales performance metrics and report to senior management
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Organize training for new sales staff and team development
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues quickly

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze sales metrics and performance data
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office tools
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
