Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Business Loans team in Jamshedpur. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the banking industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business loan targets.
Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet their individual and collective goals.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the banking industry.
Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building.
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
